The subscription fees will not be refunded if technical support has solved one or more problems. help-routerlogin.net may issue a refund at its sole discretion after deducting the charges for the services rendered to the client.
The problem is beyond the scope of the actual arrangement. Thirty days have passed since the last help-routerlogin.net technician worked on it. We do not keep MasterCard information for clients and we won't charge you unless you have given your consent. You can change from a monthly/annual commitment to an occurrence-primarily based arrangement. We would be happy to accommodate any move according to the terms and conditions set out by your account manager.
Limitations The Services are subject to change without notice. The Services do not cover restoration services, repair services or lost or corrupted information, lost work, expected profits or lost files. help-routerlogin.net does not guarantee the safety of files, data, and information. Subscribers are responsible for backing up and securely storing their knowledge, files, and info.
Term & Termination: This Agreement applies to subscription-based services and is effective for one year starting from the date the Subscriber registers for them. Once the help-routerlogin.net representative has ended, single-use services will expire. In addition,help-routerlogin.net may cancel the Services at any time if help-routerlogin.net Line, in its discretion, determines that Subscriber's use of the Services is excessive, inconsistent with the scope of the Services, abusive, or inappropriate.
help-routerlogin.net may not provide notice of the natural expiration. help-routerlogin.net will not be liable for any damages resulting from the expiration or termination. Subscribers can purchase additional subscriptions through help-routerlogin.net. Any violation of this Agreement will immediately cancel Subscriber's subscription and/or limit Subscribers' access to the Services. After termination of the Agreement, no refunds will be made.
Disclaimer: Any software is provided to subscriber "as is" by help-routerlogin.net, and any use of provided software is at subscriber's own risk. Software may have bugs or errors that can cause data loss and system failures. help-routerlogin.net cannot guarantee the performance of any software or that it will function substantially according to the documentation. help-routerlogin.net disclaims any implied or explicit warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, quality, non-infringement, and implied warranties of merchantability. help-routerlogin.net cannot guarantee that the services will satisfy any subscriber's requirements or that they will operate in an uninterrupted manner. These implied warranties may not be applicable in certain jurisdictions.
Limitation on Liability: help-routerlogin.net, its affiliates and agents, licensors and suppliers are not liable for any damages (i) other than those expressly stated herein. help-routerlogin.net does not assume responsibility for the costs of procuring substitute goods and services. These limitations apply whether such claim is based on contract, tort, and strict liability or otherwise and apply even if help-routerlogin.net, its affiliates, or their employees, agents, licensors or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. help-routerlogin.net's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the subscription fees. The above limitation may not be applicable if certain states or countries do not allow for the exclusion of or limitation on liability for incidental or consequential damages.
Force Majeure help-routerlogin.net cannot be held responsible for any halt or interruption in the operation of the Services, or the performance thereof, due to war, armed conflict or terrorist action, strike lockout, boycott or riot, unleashing of risky and venomous substances or explosions, or other causes, regardless of whether they are of the same category or type as those mentioned above, but that do not seem to make it feasible to manage a celebration. help-routerlogin.net cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure caused by problems with internet connections.
Governing law; Venue: Subscribers and help-routerlogin.net acknowledge that this Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and will be construed and enforced according to them.
Complete Agreement This Agreement shall be the entirety of the Agreement between the parties. This Agreement may only be waived if both parties sign it in writing. help-routerlogin.net can change, modify or amend the Services at its sole discretion. This includes pricing, the scope and availability of any subscription plans. These changes can be made at any time without prior notice to Subscribers or third parties. help-routerlogin.net can impose limitations on certain services at any time. help-routerlogin.net can amend this Agreement at anytime by posting a copy on the help-routerlogin.net site. These amendments can be made at help-routerlogin.net Line’s sole discretion and will become binding once posted. To be notified of any changes, subscribers must periodically review the Agreement. Acceptance of any changes is implied by continued use of the Services. Section headings are provided for convenience only. They will not be considered as part of the interpretation of this Agreement. help-routerlogin.net does not accept any representations made by (i) any agent representative or employee of third parties; or (ii) general information posted on help-routerlogin.net.
